On July 20th, 2009, the Green Building Council (USGBC) is proud to welcome Cargill Construction Co. LLC of Campton, NH as a participant in LEED for Homes. LEED for Homes is a national third-party certification system for energy efficient, healthy, green homes. Joining over 700 national builders including custom home builders, production buildings, and affordable housing developers; Cargill Construction Co. LLC will provide invaluable specific focus on the green home-building.

LEED stands for leadership in green home-building. LEED certification provides third-party assurance to home-buyers that their home complies with rigorous technical requirements for energy and water efficiency, indoor air quality, non-toxic materials, and environmental performance.
Since 1971, Bill Cargill of Cargill Construction has been building primary and vacation homes as well as commercial buildings throughout the Lakes Region spanning north to the ski areas of Loon Mt. As a result Cargill Construction has more than 500 homes in the Lakes Region and Mountains.
